Our office is a bit different because it’s tucked away in Sharadha Housing Society. We are in D Type, Flat No. 9. It’s right there in Premlok Park, quite close to the SKF company in Chinchwad. It feels more like a home than a stiff office building, which is actually kind of nice. You have to walk past the gardens and the kids playing sometimes to get to us. Inside, we’ve converted the rooms into workspace for the Povan Gruop of Industries. It’s a bit tight when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. We have our files stacked up and the computers hum along all day. Being in a residential society means it’s quieter than the main industrial zones, though you still hear the city noise from outside. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick chat about what needs to be done. There isn't any big boss culture here; we all just pitch in where needed. If someone's busy, someone else picks up the phone. It’s very relaxed in that sense. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical setup for us right now. We don't need a huge glass building to get our work done. Just a desk, a good connection, and enough space for our paperwork is plenty for our daily routine. We just keep things moving along steadily.
