We run Pouras Astro Vastu Consultancy from our place over on Shimpoli Road, near Deccan Gymkhana. It is at number 17. Most people who live around here know the area well because it is a bit of a landmark. We have been helping folks out with their home layouts and astrological charts for a while now. The office isn’t huge, just a comfortable room where we can sit down and talk through things without too much noise from the street. It can get a bit busy on the weekends since that is when most people have free time to visit. We do not have a big reception desk or anything corporate like that. Usually, you just walk in and we find a spot to sit. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and star charts, trying to figure out the best way for things to be set up in someone’s house. It is interesting work, even if it is a lot of sitting and calculating. The neighborhood is okay, though parking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes if you come at the wrong hour. We like being in this part of town because it feels like home. There is a certain routine to the day here, opening up the shutters, checking the mail, and waiting for the first appointment. We do not go in for big advertisements; mostly just people hearing about us from their neighbors or friends who have been here before. We just take it slow and focus on the details.
