Poona Hospital & Research Centre

Poona Hospital & Research Centre has been operating out of the Parimal Garden Chs building for quite some time now. You can find us in A Wing, specifically at Flat 19 in Anand Nagar. It isn't a massive corporate skyscraper, but it’s where we do our daily work. Most of the folks who work here live nearby or have been commuting to this part of Pune for years. We handle all sorts of medical cases, from minor things to more serious research tasks. The halls are usually busy with patients and their families waiting around. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, medical equipment, and people trying to get better. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a minute, but everyone is used to it by now. The doctors here stay late often, and the nursing staff keeps things moving along even when it gets crowded. Being in a residential complex like Anand Nagar means we see a lot of local faces coming in for checkups. We just try to stay organized and do what needs to be done every day. There’s always paperwork to fill out and patients to see, so things rarely stay quiet for long. It’s a practical setup, meant for medicine rather than looking pretty. We’ve become a regular part of the neighborhood over the years. Most people around here know exactly which gate to come through. It’s just the way things are in this part of town.
