If you are looking for us, we are right near Alka Talkies in Sadashiv Peth. That landmark usually helps people find the turn since the traffic there can be a bit much. The building at number 27 has been a part of this neighborhood for a long time. You can see the wear on the walls and the floors, but we try to keep it as tidy as possible. There is always a smell of antiseptic in the hallways, which I guess is what you expect in a hospital. We have a lot of different departments spread out across the floors. The waiting area by the entrance gets pretty crowded in the mornings when the clinics start. We have those old plastic chairs that aren't the most comfortable but they do the job. The staff is mostly local folks who have been working here since they were young. We don't really do the big fancy advertisements you see on billboards. People just know we are here because their parents or neighbors came here before. It's a busy place and the phones at the front desk never seem to stop ringing for long. Sometimes the electricity blinks and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just how things go around here. We spend a lot of time updating charts and making sure the medicine cabinets are stocked up for the next shift of nurses who come in at night.
