Pooja Plastics

We operate out of the Industrial Estate in Lonavala, at unit 94-27. Being in an industrial area means the surroundings are mostly other factories and warehouses. The sound of machinery is a constant background noise here. Our space is dedicated to the production and storage of various plastic goods. It’s a large, open area with concrete floors and high corrugated metal ceilings. It can get quite loud when all the machines are running at once, and it gets pretty warm too. We have stacks of raw material bags in one corner and finished products waiting to be shipped out in another. It’s not a place for visitors really; it’s a working factory. We spend our days managing the production line, checking the quality of the plastic, and making sure the molds are clean. Our staff wears simple work clothes, and there is usually a layer of dust on everything. We have a small office tucked in the front where we handle the billing and phone calls, but most of the action happens on the floor. Lonavala weather can be unpredictable, so we are always checking for leaks in the roof when it pours. It’s a tough, practical business and we don't try to make it look like anything else. We just focus on making our products and getting them out to our customers on time every week.
