Pooja Logistics

Pooja Logistics is situated over at 2 Salumbre. We are right near the Shinde Petrol Pump, which is a landmark most drivers and locals know well. Being near a petrol pump is actually quite handy for us given the nature of logistics. We have trucks coming and going, and there is always something being loaded or unloaded nearby. The office in Salumbre is pretty basic. It’s mostly just desks, a few chairs, and a lot of logbooks and delivery receipts piled up. It’s a dusty kind of place sometimes because of the vehicles and the road, but we don’t mind it much. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking where the latest shipment has reached. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when things are slow and watch the cars pull into the petrol pump. We’ve been operating from this Salumbre spot for a good while now. It feels like a small part of a much bigger chain of things moving across the country. We don't use any fancy software or high-tech gadgets; we mostly rely on our lists and knowing our drivers. It’s a simple operation run by a few people who just want to get the work done and go home. There’s always another delivery to plan or a driver to check in with. We don't have any big goals other than keeping the trucks moving on schedule.
