Polyhouse Owner

We've been working at the polyhouse here in Kondhwa for a while now. It's right across from the Rupee Bank in the Township area. Most days start early, usually before the sun gets too hot. Dealing with plants in a polyhouse is a lot of work, honestly. You have to keep an eye on the temperature and make sure everything is getting enough water. Sometimes the plastic needs fixing or the irrigation acts up, but that’s just how it goes. People around Pune know us because we’re right on Kondhwa Road. It’s a busy spot, but inside the polyhouse, things are mostly quiet. We just focus on growing what we need to grow. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that. It’s just us, some dirt, and the plants. We spend a lot of time checking on the crops to see how they're doing. Some days are long, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we stay busy. If you’re driving down from Camp or heading towards the bank, you’ll see where we are. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. We handle the planting, the weeding, and the harvesting ourselves. It keeps us on our toes. There’s always something that needs doing, whether it’s checking the soil or moving crates around. We just try to get the work done right each day and keep the plants healthy.
