Poly Clinic

Located over on NIBM Road in the Kondhwa area, our clinic stays pretty busy. It’s a popular part of town, so there are always people moving around outside. We’ve got a decent-sized space here. The waiting area has some old magazines and enough seating for most days. We offer various medical services because it’s a poly clinic. This means you might see a specialist or just a general doctor depending on what you need. The floors are tiled and we spend a lot of time mopping them because of the foot traffic. We have a routine for how we handle appointments, though sometimes things get backed up if a patient needs extra time. The staff tries to keep things calm even when the phone is ringing off the hook. We’ve been a part of the Kondhwa community for a while now. It’s interesting to see how the neighborhood has changed around us. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign while they're driving down NIBM Road. It’s an honest place where the focus is just on the medical work. We stay until the work is finished, and then we do it all again the next day. It’s a long day usually, but that is what we signed up for when we opened this place.
