If you’re looking for us, we’re tucked away behind the PCMC building in Pimpri. It’s a busy area, right off the Mumbai-Pune Road, so there’s always something going on nearby. Our address says P.O. Box No. 1102, but the actual building is where all the noise is. It’s a big space because the machines we deal with aren't exactly small. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is how much room everything takes up. There’s not a lot of space for walking around, just narrow paths between the equipment. The floor is concrete and has some stains from years of work. We’ve got a small area for the staff to take their breaks, usually with some tea and whatever snacks someone brought in. It’s not a quiet place at all. Between the traffic from the main road and the sounds from the shop floor, you have to raise your voice a bit to be heard. We don't have a fancy lobby or a person in a uniform at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance helps whoever walks in. The paperwork is mostly kept in metal filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s a practical environment. We come in early, we stay until the job is done, and we don't worry too much about how the office looks to outsiders. That’s just the life here at Pmt Machine Limited behind the government building.
