We are located over at Flat No 8 in the Sai Paradise building, which is in the Kamgarnagar area of Pimpri. It is a decent spot here in Pune, and we have been working out of this space as Platicon Civil Engg Pvt Ltd for a while. Being in a residential-style building makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than those tall glass buildings downtown. We are civil engineers, so our days are filled with structural talk and site plans. We are just a small team of people who know how to handle the local building requirements in India. It is not always easy, and sometimes there are a lot of hurdles to clear, but we just take it one step at a time. Pimpri is a busy industrial and residential hub, and there is always some sort of construction going on nearby. We don't spend money on big ads. Most people find us because they know the work we do in the neighborhood. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the engineering tasks at hand. It is a practical way to run a business. You might see us grabbing lunch at a local stall or heading out to a site visit in the afternoon. We are just regular folks who happen to know a lot about civil engineering and how to get things built properly.
