Planman Consulting

Planman Consulting is tucked away in Koregaon Park here in Pune. It’s a nice area to be in, even though it can get pretty crowded on the weekends. Our office is where we handle all the consulting work that comes our way. It’s mostly just us sitting around desks, drinking coffee, and trying to figure out the best way to move projects forward. We don't really have a big corporate setup. It's more of a local feel where everyone knows each other. Some days are faster than others. We might be juggling three things at once, or just slowly working through a stack of documents. We’ve been in this part of Pune for some time. The trees outside are nice, but we spend most of our time looking at screens. It’s a practical space. Nothing too flashy, just what you’d expect from a small team doing their work. We try to keep things simple and clear. When someone walks in, they usually just see us in the middle of a project. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect for photos. It’s a real office with real clutter. That’s just the way we like to work. It feels more honest that way. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It's a steady rhythm for us. It’s not perfect, but it is where the work happens.
