Placement Services

We are located in the Swami Narayan Apts in Vadagaon Budruk. This is near Sun City in Pune, postcode 411059. It’s a nice enough area and quite easy to reach. We have been running Placement Services from here for a bit. It’s an apartment-style setup, which makes it feel a lot less intimidating than those big offices in the IT parks. People come in, sit on the sofa, and we talk about their work history. We don't use any fancy scripts or HR jargon. We just want to know what someone is good at and where they want to work. Pune is a big hub for jobs, but it can be hard to know where to start. We try to bridge that gap. Sometimes we have a lot of openings, and sometimes things are a bit slow. That’s just how the economy goes. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking with employers. It’s a lot of coordination. We keep our records as neat as we can, though papers do tend to pile up. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps us focus. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who trust us. If you’re around Sun City, you’ll likely find us without much trouble. We just stay busy with the day-to-day tasks of matching people with roles. We like the way we run things here because it feels human.
