Pipal Research

At Pipal Research, we operate out of Flat No H 7 in the Torna Apartments, located within the State Bank Colony in Shivtirth Nagar. It’s right off Paud Road in Kothrud, which is a fairly quiet part of the city compared to the main center. Working from a residential apartment like this keeps our overhead low and our focus high. We’ve set up our desks where the dining table probably used to be. It’s a cozy space, maybe a bit too cozy when we have a lot of files lying around. We spend our days analyzing information and writing up what we find. Kothrud is a nice area with plenty of trees and a bit of a slower pace, which helps when you need to concentrate on complex research tasks. We don’t have a sign outside or any big advertisements. People usually find us through word of mouth. The neighbors know us as the people who are always typing away. We take turns making tea and occasionally go for a walk down Paud Road when our brains feel fried. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just have a set of tasks to complete and we get them done at our own pace. There’s no fancy jargon used here. We just speak plainly about what the data shows. It’s a modest way to run things, but it suits our style of working perfectly.
