Our place is tucked away in Kalas Malwadi, which is part of the Vishrantwadi area in Pune 15. We are actually located at Namdev Chavan's place, so it feels more like a home than a regular corporate building. That’s just the way we like it honestly. Pinnac Aecl Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a bit. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so you hear kids playing outside or neighbors talking across the gate. It is a lot quieter than being in the middle of the city, though the traffic near the main Vishrantwadi junction can still be a headache. Inside, we have our setup with tables and chairs. It is a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We don't really have a lobby or a reception area. If someone comes by, they just walk in and we talk right there. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the trees around the house, but we deal with it. It’s a very local way of working. We know the milkman and the local grocery guy. It doesn't feel like a big company, more like a few people trying to get things done in a familiar space. We keep the windows open for the breeze when it isn't too dusty. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here in Pune. We don't need much else to get our work finished.
