Phursungi is a part of town that is growing very fast, but it still has that rough, outskirts feel to it. We are located at S. No. 145 in Ganesh Nagar, which falls under Taluka Haveli. Finding the property can be a bit of a challenge because the old property numbers are confusing, but you can usually spot the machines from the road. At Ryte Neo Machines, we spend most of our time around metal, oil, and the smell of welding. It is a noisy environment with constant bolting and testing going on. The main shed is large and it gets quite hot under the tin roof in the afternoons. We have a small corner for office work, but you will mostly find us out on the shop floor. The roads around here are often covered in dust because of all the new construction. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for years and they know exactly how the equipment should run. We don't bother with uniforms or long meetings. We usually just discuss the day's work over a cup of tea. Sometimes the raw materials arrive later than expected, and we have to stay late to catch up. That is just how the business goes. We focus on making sure the machines are sturdy and functional. It is a gritty way to work, but it is honest and it keeps us busy.
