Our office is situated in the Warje area of Pune. We are in Building D1, Flat 401 of the Tejovaley complex. It’s right near the Cipla Foundation, which most people in the neighborhood know well. Phoenix Knowledge Management is a bit of a mouthful of a name, but we are just a group of people working on data and information in a regular flat. Pune is a great city for this kind of work, and Warje is a good spot because it’s not as chaotic as the very center of town. Our office feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have our workstations set up, and there’s always a stack of papers somewhere that needs sorting. We don’t go for the fancy corporate look because it doesn’t really change how the work gets done. We focus on managing knowledge, which involves a lot of research and staying organized. The team here is pretty close-knit; we know each other's families and what’s going on in our lives. We take our breaks on the balcony sometimes just to get some air. It’s an honest, hard-working environment. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the research, help our clients, and try to make sure we don't make too many mistakes along the way. It’s a simple setup that works well for us in Tejovaley.
