Phoenix Indestries

We are located in Bibwewadi on Naigaon Cross Road at Sno 669. The sign out front says Phoenix Indestries. It is an older building and we have been here for a long time. We do manufacturing work, so the main floor is filled with heavy machinery and worktables. It is a bit dusty and the walls are stained, but it is a place where real work happens. We spend our days taking raw materials and turning them into finished products. It is a lot of repetitive movement, but you have to stay sharp so you don't make a mistake or get hurt. Naigaon Cross Road is pretty narrow, which makes it a bit of a nightmare when trucks come for deliveries or pickups. We have just learned to deal with the chaos over the years. Our day starts early with checking all the machines to make sure they are running right and everything is greased. There is a small corner in the back where we have our tea, but mostly we are out on the shop floor. It gets very noisy and the heat can be intense during the summer months. We don't have an office staff or any managers in suits. If the phone rings, one of us wipes the grease off our hands and answers it. We are just a local operation trying to keep things going. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we just stay focused on our tasks at Sno 669. It is hard work, but we are used to it.
