Pharma Chem Equipment

Our place is out in the industrial estate in Bhosari, at Plot No. 160. We are in Section 7 of the P.C.N.T.D.A. area. It’s a proper industrial zone, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks nearby. Pharma Chem Equipment is what we do. We make and handle equipment for pharmaceutical and chemical plants. It’s heavy work and the shop floor is usually pretty noisy. We have a lot of steel and metal parts lying around. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a nice suit. We are usually in work clothes and boots. We’ve been in M.I.D.C. for quite some time now. Most of the people around here are doing similar industrial work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just talk to the factory managers who need something built or fixed. It’s about getting the measurements right and making sure the welding is solid. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we stay late to finish a big tank or a piece of machinery. The office part is just a small corner where we handle the bills and the drawings. It’s a bit messy with blueprints and catalogues. We just focus on the engineering and getting the machines out the door. It’s a tough environment but we like the work we do here in Bhosari.
