We operate out of Tulip Appartment, unit 702, which is in Mahaganesh Colony off Poud Road. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being right on the main road, which we appreciate when we’re trying to focus on consulting work. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The office isn’t huge, just enough room for the associates to sit down and go through plans or meet with clients. Most of our meetings happen around the main table where there’s always a stack of blueprints or documents. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything, so usually, people just look for the apartment number. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, not like one of those corporate offices in a glass tower. We mostly work with locals and people who’ve heard about us through word of mouth. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but that’s just life in a colony apartment. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sending emails. It’s a steady pace of work. We don't try to be something we're not. We just offer our advice and help with projects as best as we can from our little corner on Poud Road. It’s a good setup for us and it keeps the overhead low. It took some time to get everything organized, but we’ve found a rhythm that works for the team. We just keep our heads down and do the daily work without worrying about making the office look fancy.
