Based out of House Number 16 in Hatola, Pc Patil International Private Limited is pretty far from the big city lights of Mumbai or Pune. We are tucked away in the Beed district, specifically in the Ambajogai area. It might seem like a strange place to run an international business, but we manage just fine from here. The office is basically part of the house, so there is always a bit of family life blending into the work day. You might hear a tractor outside or someone calling from the kitchen while we are talking about global trade. We deal with various things depending on what our contacts need, mostly moving goods around. It takes a lot of coordination to get things from a place like Hatola to where they need to go. We spend a lot of time on the phone, making sure the trucks are on time and the documents are signed properly. People in the village know us as the Patil family, and this business is just another way we are trying to stay busy and provide for everyone. It’s not a shiny corporate environment at all.
