Pbs Growthwell Private Limited

Pbs Growthwell Private Limited is based in Hingane Khurd at Amruta Apartments. We are located on Plot Number 7 in S N 27/3. The office is a modest space that doesn’t look like much from the outside. It’s just another flat in a residential building in Pune. We’ve got a few rooms set up with basic furniture and some computers. There isn't a lot of extra space, so we have to keep things fairly organized. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, though you can hear the kids playing outside in the evenings or the occasional scooter zooming by. We spend our days mostly looking at documents and talking over the phone. Since we are a small team, we don't really have formal meetings; we just talk across the desks. The walk up to the office is short, and we know most of the people living in the building. It’s a very local feel, far from the big glass buildings you see in the IT parks. We like it this way because it’s simple and we can just focus on the growth of the business without distractions. There’s a small balcony where we sometimes go to get some sun or take a quick phone call. We don't have any grand mission statements or fancy branding around the office. It’s just us doing our jobs and trying to stay on top of our daily schedule.
