Pawar Paper Convertors

Our workspace is located at B/2 on Fursungi Gaon Road, inside the Shara Residency area. It’s mostly a residential spot, but we have our setup for paper converting right here. We spend our days cutting, folding, and processing different types of paper. It’s a fairly quiet operation compared to some of the heavy machine shops, but the cutters do make a rhythmic thudding sound. We have stacks of paper everywhere, from floor to ceiling. Sometimes it feels like we are living in a library of blank pages. We started this because we knew there was a need for local paper supplies. It’s just a few of us working here. We handle the loading and unloading ourselves, which can be a bit of a workout when the heavy rolls arrive. The neighborhood is okay, and we get along with the people living in the residency. We try not to be too loud early in the morning. Sometimes the dust from the paper gets a bit much, so we keep the windows open. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. We just fulfill the orders as they come in from local printers and shops. It’s straightforward work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the routine of it all and the smell of fresh paper in the morning. It’s a decent way to spend the day, and we plan to stay here for a while.
