We are located over at Kondwa Khurd, specifically at S. No.51 in Bhagyadya Nagar. It is a quiet enough spot for an office. Sid Hr Consultancy Services is mostly about handling paperwork and talking to people who are looking for jobs. My desk is usually covered in printed resumes and notes from phone calls. It can get a bit hectic when we have a lot of positions to fill at once. We spend hours looking through files to find people who might fit what a company is asking for. It isn’t always easy. Sometimes people don't show up for interviews and we have to start all over again. The office is simple, just some chairs, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We try to keep things organized but on Mondays, it usually looks like a mess. Being in Kondwa Khurd means we get a mix of people coming in from different parts of the city. We talk to folks all day, trying to understand what they did in their last job and what they want to do next. It is just regular office work, really. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the phone to ring. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to sit there and wait. It’s a small team here and we just try to get the work done as it comes. No big fancy lobby here, just a practical place where we work on recruitment.
