Pathfinder Consulting is right here in Sadashiv Peth, not far from SP College. If you know this part of Pune, you know it gets pretty crowded with students and people rushing around. Our office is near the Sushila Girls Hostel on Tilak Road. It’s a busy spot. Most days we are just at our desks handling whatever comes in. The noise from the street is always there, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been at this address for a while. People sometimes struggle to find the exact entrance because of the traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We don't have fancy decorations or a big lobby. It is just a practical place where we get through the daily tasks. The location is convenient for us because of all the small eateries around. We usually grab tea from the stall nearby in the afternoon. It is nothing too special, just a local consulting office trying to keep things moving. We deal with people who stop by or call us throughout the day. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or the internet gets slow, but that is just part of working in this area. We keep things simple here. There aren't many bells and whistles. It is just a group of us working out of this building in Sadashiv Peth, doing the work we need to do. We don't really bother with big speeches. We just show up and get on with it.
