Pathak Hospital

Being located at No. 2 in the New Timber Market means things can get pretty dusty outside. It’s an interesting spot for a hospital, surrounded by all the wood traders and trucks. We’ve been operating here for years now. The building is older, but it serves its purpose for the families around this part of town. Most cases we handle are just general things, kids with fevers, or folks who got hurt working nearby. The market is always busy, so there’s always something going on right outside our doors. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few dedicated nurses and doctors who show up every day. The waiting area has some old magazines and a water cooler that hums a bit too loudly sometimes. We don't spend much on decor or fancy paintings on the walls. It’s a hospital, so we keep it clean and functional. Knowing most of our regular patients by name makes the day go by faster. It’s that kind of place. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we have a backup generator that kicks in after a minute or two. We try to keep costs down so people can actually afford to come see us. It isn't a five-star hotel, it's just a place to get better. Emergencies don't really follow a schedule, so we stay open late. People just know where we are. If you hit the timber market, you’ll find us easily enough. We're the building with the white paint that's starting to peel a little.
