Patel Roadways

You can find us at the Kushal Garden Arcade in Chinchwad, specifically in the B Block on the 2nd Phase. It’s a bit of a different setup than our other locations because it’s in a commercial arcade. It feels a bit more like a regular office here, though we are still very much involved in the daily grind of moving goods. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep if you're not used to them. We have a view of the street from our window, which lets us see when the traffic is backing up near the junction. Usually, it's just two or three of us in here handling the phone lines and the paperwork for Patel Roadways. We don't really have a lot of space for storage, so most of the physical work happens elsewhere. We just handle the organization and the scheduling. It’s a bit quieter than being right on a highway, which is nice for focusing on the details. We often have people wandering in looking for other shops in the arcade, and we have to point them the right way. Our furniture is a bit old, and the chairs squeak, but it works for us. We try to keep the paperwork moving so nothing gets stuck in the system. It’s mostly just steady office work with the occasional rush when a big shipment is coming through and everyone is on the phone at once.
