We are located at 3rd Cross, 4th Main in Yerwada, right at building number 2. It’s a simple office for Parthenon Architect Pvt Ltd. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign outside. Usually, if the door is open, someone is inside working on a layout. We handle a mix of things here. Some days it’s small renovations, other times it’s something bigger. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of rolls of tracing paper everywhere. It’s a bit of a mess, honestly, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. We’re more comfortable in jeans and boots because we’re often out at construction sites getting our shoes dirty. We talk to the workers and the owners without a lot of fuss. If something isn't working on the site, we fix it right then. We've been in Yerwada for a while now and we like the pace of the place. It's got a lot of energy. We try to keep our costs down so we can pass that on to the people we work for. It’s just a small team of us trying to make sure the buildings we design are solid and do what they’re supposed to do. There's always a pile of mail by the door and a fan humming in the corner to keep the air moving during the afternoon.
