Parhar Psychiatric Hospital

This hospital is on the first floor of the Narmada Complex. We are right behind the ST stand, which makes it easy for people coming in on the buses from other towns. Being behind a bus stand means there is a lot of movement nearby, people always coming and going. We have been in this spot for some time now. Since we are on the first floor, you have to go up the stairs or use the elevator in the complex. It is a bit quieter once you get inside compared to the street noise outside. We focus on psychiatric care here, so the atmosphere is a bit different than a regular hospital. We try to keep things calm. The rooms are basic, just the essentials for the patients who stay with us. Our staff is used to dealing with all sorts of situations. They are patient people. We don't have any shiny brochures or big advertisements. Most people find out about us because a doctor told them to come or a neighbor mentioned our name. The Narmada Complex is an older building, but it works for what we need. We spend our days talking to people and trying to understand what they are going through. It is slow work sometimes, but that is the nature of it. We just stay here behind the bus stand and do what we've always done.
