Param Trainee Recuirtment

Down in Bhosarigoan, specifically at Shri Gurukripa on the 20th Main West of Chord Road, 5th Block, is where we handle Param Trainee Recuirtment. It's a mouthful of an address, I know. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to young people who are just starting out. It is a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't from the area, but once you find the 5th Block, it’s not so bad. We started this because we saw a lot of kids finishing school and not knowing where to go next. We aren't a huge agency with a lobby full of statues. It’s just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We talk to people one-on-one. Sometimes the interviews take longer than they should because we get to chatting about life. We try to be helpful and give honest advice about what companies are looking for. The office gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have a fan that works okay. We don't use fancy software to pick names; we actually read the papers people bring in. It's a lot of work but seeing someone get their first real job makes it worth the effort. We stay busy with the phone ringing and people dropping by. It’s a noisy, lively place to spend the day and we like the energy of the trainees who come through our doors.
