Parag Architects & Interior Designers

Parag Architects & Interior Designers is located on Damle Path, just off Gulmohar Path at 49/33-A. It’s a nice little corner of the city. We’ve been in this office for years, and it has definitely started to feel like home. There are drawers full of old files and shelves packed with catalogs that we probably should have thrown away years ago. We do both architecture and interior work, so there is always a mix of different tasks happening at once. One person might be figuring out a structural beam while someone else is picking out curtains or paint colors. It keeps things interesting, at least. The lane outside is usually quiet enough that we can keep the windows open. We spend a good chunk of our week out at various sites, making sure the workers understand the drawings we sent them. It is one thing to draw a line on a page and another thing entirely to build it in brick and mortar. We have a small team, and we all pitch in on whatever needs doing. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just want the projects to turn out okay. Sometimes we stay late when a big deadline is coming up, but mostly we try to keep regular hours. It is a practical office for practical people who just want their homes or offices to look right and be comfortable to live in without spending too much.
