We have been set up here in the Chinchwad Super Diamond Market for quite some time now. If you wander into the Mini Bazzar area, you will probably see our spot filled with various plastic items stacked up against the walls. It is usually pretty crowded in this part of the market, and the noise from the street outside never really seems to quiet down much. Our daily routine is mostly just moving crates around and making sure things are where people can find them easily. The shop is not very big, so we have to be careful about how we pile the containers and buckets so nothing tips over when it gets busy. Early in the morning, we roll up the metal shutters and start the day with a cup of tea from the stall just down the lane. Most of the people who come by are locals who have been living in Chinchwad for years. They know the market can be a bit of a maze, but they find their way to us when they need something basic for the house. We spend a lot of time just talking to the neighbors and keeping an eye on the stock coming in. It gets dusty with all the feet walking through the bazaar, so there is always a bit of sweeping to do. It is just a regular job in a busy place, and we try to keep things simple and honest every day.
