Our office is located at Jai Ganesh Vision in Akurdi. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all those survey numbers like 171/A and 172/2, but most people just look for the main building. Organisoil Fertilizer Private Limited is what we call our operation. We spend a lot of time thinking about dirt and what makes it grow things better. Being in Akurdi means we are in a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. We deal with fertilizers all day, so things can get a bit messy if we aren't careful. The space we have from 2330 to 334 is where we handle the orders and talk to customers who come in. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is necessary for the farmers who rely on us. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at the soil and try to figure out what it's missing. The team here is small and we’ve all been doing this for a long time.
