Optimismo Consultancy LLP is located in Kalyani Nagar at the Kalyani Classic building. We are at Plot 56, which is part of the Hindustan Estate area. It’s a nice part of Pune to work in. We’ve got a small space there where we handle all our consulting business. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and does the job. Most of our time is spent looking at projects and trying to figure out the best way to move forward for the folks we help. We don’t have a bunch of fancy titles or a complicated hierarchy. We like the fact that we can just walk out and find a good place for lunch nearby. Our office inside the society is simple—desks, chairs, some shelves for old files. It’s not about looking impressive; it’s about getting the work done right. We deal with a lot of different people across Maharashtra, but this is where we call home. We keep things pretty informal. If someone comes by, we usually just sit down and talk through things without a lot of ceremony. It’s a steady way to work and it has served us well so far.
