It’s just a practical setup where we can focus on the work. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people at Optifocus Consultants who know our stuff. We don't use corporate jargon or write long, polished speeches about what we do. We just tell people the truth and get on with the task. The area is usually a bit quiet, which is nice for when we need to concentrate on a difficult project. We’ve lived and worked in Pune for a long time, so we are used to the way things go here. Some days are busy with a lot of calls, and other days we are just buried in research. We just take it as it comes. It is an honest, straightforward way to work.
