Onus Design

Finding our place at 765/1A Omkar Chamber can be a bit tricky if you aren’t familiar with Sadashiv Peth. It’s one of those busy areas in Pune where the roads are narrow and there’s always something happening on Kumthekar Road. We’ve been operating Onus Design from here for some time now. The building is older, but it has a lot of character, and we're right in the middle of all the action. Usually, the afternoons are the loudest with all the traffic and people shopping nearby. We mostly keep our heads down and focus on the design work. The office is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of samples lying around. There’s a tea stall just around the corner where we usually go when we need a break from the screens. It’s not a flashy setup. We have wooden desks that have seen better days and chairs that creak a little when you sit down. Working in Pune 411030 means you get used to the specific rhythm of the city. We don’t follow a very strict corporate schedule. If something needs to be finished late, we stay. If it’s a slow Tuesday, we might leave a bit early to avoid the worst of the evening rush. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, right here in the heart of the city. We’ve made this little corner of the building our own.
