Omkar Mens Parlour

Down in Sadashiv Peth, right on Dnyan Probodani Lane, you’ll find Omkar Mens Parlour. We are located at number 30, tucked away near Gyan Prabodini. It is a busy little area with students and office workers moving around all day. I’ve been cutting hair here for a while and most people know me by name. The shop isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for the local crowd. We do basic haircuts, beard trims, and head massages for those who had a long day. I don’t use any of those fancy gadgets you see in big malls. Just my old scissors, combs, and a steady hand. My father taught me the trade and I just kept it going. The lane is narrow, so it feels very much like a community spot where everyone says hello. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the job. I keep a radio playing some old songs in the background. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and doesn’t empty your wallet, this is it. It’s just me and another guy helping out most days. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the sign out front. People usually just walk in when they see the chair is empty. It’s a quiet life here in the heart of Pune and we like it that way.
