Omkar Construction

Omkar Construction is located at Thergaon Phata, specifically in Abhijeet Park, 22 5. We don't spend a lot of time sitting in our office though. Most of our days are spent out on various building sites, getting our hands dirty and making sure the work is being done right. The office is really just a place for us to keep our maps, blueprints, and all the heavy-duty tools we need for the job. It’s got a bit of a rough feel to it, with concrete dust on the floor and stacks of bricks sometimes sitting near the door. We deal with everything from small renovations to bigger building projects. It’s hard work and we are often dealing with the heat and the rain, but that is just how construction goes. We aren't the type of people to wear suits or give big presentations. We’d rather just show you a wall we built or a floor we laid. Sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, like when a shipment of materials is late, and we just have to figure it out and keep moving. We have been working around the Thergaon area for a good while, so we know the local suppliers and the best ways to get things done. It’s a straightforward business built on physical labor and being on the site from sunrise to sunset. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the building finished so we can start the next one.
