We are based out of Chintamani Plaza over in Hadapsar, specifically in the Amir Bagh area near Kida Mandal. It’s a busy spot right off Tl Lokhanda Marg. Our office is small. It's mostly just some chairs and a big map on the wall that's seen better days. Most of the real work happens outside with the trucks and the drivers. We spend a lot of time on our phones. We're always checking where everyone is and if the loads are moving on time. The dust from the road always seems to find its way inside, no matter how much we clean. It’s a loud business. There's engines idling nearby and people shouting over the noise of the traffic. We deal with a lot of paperwork—logs, receipts, and delivery notes that get stacked up on the desks. Sometimes a driver comes in tired from a long trip. We sit and talk for a bit while they hand over their files. We don’t have fancy furniture or a nice lobby. It’s a practical place for a practical job. Hadapsar is a hub for this kind of work, so we are right in the middle of it all. There’s always a bit of stress about deadlines or a truck breaking down somewhere far away. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything moving. It’s a tough way to make a living, but it’s what we know.
