OLIHAM CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED is run out of a quiet spot in Unnati Apartment, specifically 109/15. It is on Uttam Thorat Colony Path in Pune. Working in a residential building like this makes the day feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in a big glass tower. We really like the vibe of the 411004 neighborhood. Our team isn't very large, just a few of us who have a background in consulting and wanted to start doing things on our own terms. No big HR department or fancy titles exist here. There is a small balcony where we take breaks to look at the trees in the colony. It is a nice place to work, even if it feels a little cramped when the whole team is in. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, making sure we stay on top of the projects.
