Ojas Ayurveda Clinic & Panchakarma Centre

Ojas Ayurveda Clinic & Panchakarma Centre is tucked away inside Navkar Annex, which is part of the Sadhana Ayurvedic Panchkarma Center. We are in Flat No. 1, right across from Heritage Plaza and near Ankur Hospital. It can be a little confusing to find the first time because of how the buildings are clustered together, but once you see the sign for Ankur Hospital, you are pretty much there. The clinic is basically a converted flat, so it feels a bit like being in someone’s home. We have the different rooms partitioned off for privacy during the treatments. It’s not a large, echoing clinic; it’s actually quite cozy. We spend our mornings getting the steaming equipment ready and checking our stock of powders and liquids. The windows look out onto the street, so you can see the people going in and out of the plaza across the way. The floor is tiled, and we spend a lot of time mopping it because the oils can get a bit messy if we aren’t careful. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to cleaning up. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a glossy waiting room. It’s just a practical space where we provide traditional treatments. Most of our visitors come from the surrounding neighborhood or are referred by people who live nearby.
