Octagon Agrotech Private Limited is situated at Plot No E-1 in the Additional MIDC area. Working in an industrial zone like this means the surroundings are mostly factories and large sheds. It is not the prettiest place to work, but it is very practical for what we do every day. We are surrounded by other industrial units, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving nearby. Our space is functional and basic. We have the equipment we need and a small office section for the paperwork. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because we are busy. We focus more on the agrotech side of things. It involves a lot of technical work and monitoring the systems. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby area. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us in our work gear. The heat in the MIDC can be intense during the summer. We just try to stay productive despite the temperature. There is a lot of routine involved in our daily schedule. We check the machines, look at the logs, and plan for the next batch. It is a very grounded, no-nonsense environment for us. We don't have time for fancy talk or marketing. We just want to make sure the quality of our work stays consistent. It's a tough environment but it suits our way of working perfectly fine.
