You can find O S A over in the Kothrud and Chinchwad 7 area. We’ve been based here for a good while, and it feels like home to us now. The office isn't one of those high-rise corporate spots; it’s just a simple room where we get our work done. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. When you call or stop by, you’re just talking to one of us. Most of our days are spent dealing with the usual mix of paperwork and local visitors. Kothrud is a busy part of the city, and Chinchwad has its own energy, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desks get a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big task. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We don't use any fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local business doing what we do. There are a few of us here, and we’ve all been at it long enough to know the routine. We appreciate the people who come to see us and we try to treat everyone fairly. It’s a modest setup, but it’s ours and it works for the community here. Some days are harder than others, but we just keep at it.
