Nyati Engs & Consultant

We are located in Pune at Flat No. 1, Building No. 4 in the Runwal Meadows complex. It is right off the NH4 in the Warje area, zip code 411052. Nyati Engs & Consultant is a small operation, and we run things from this ground-floor flat. Being in Runwal Meadows means we have a bit of greenery around, which is a nice change from the dusty roads nearby. Warje has become quite busy over the years, but our building is tucked away enough to be relatively peaceful. We use the rooms in the flat as our office spaces. It is not a traditional office building, so it feels very lived-in and comfortable. We have our files and our drafting tables set up where the living room would usually be. People sometimes get a bit confused finding Building 4, but once they see the sign, they get it. The commute along NH4 can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, so we try to get in early. It’s a practical setup for us because it keeps our overhead low and lets us stay focused on the consulting work. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us here every day. It is a straightforward place for a straightforward business. We have been here long enough that the security guards at the gate know us all by name. That is the way we like it.
