Nu Look Furniture

Nu Look Furniture is tucked away at Bibwewadi 4th Cross in Ganesha Block. If you walk past, you’ll probably hear the sound of a saw or see some sawdust drifting out the door. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights and pushy salesmen. It’s more of a workspace where we actually make things. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded with half-finished wardrobes or stacks of wood leaning against the walls. We spend our days measuring twice and cutting once, or at least that’s the plan. My hands are usually covered in wood glue or stain by the end of the afternoon. People come in asking for a specific kind of cupboard or maybe a bed frame that fits a small room. We talk about what wood works best and what will last. It's practical work. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people just find us because they live nearby or their cousin bought a table here five years ago. Sometimes the wood delivery is late or a tool breaks, and we have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just part of running a small shop in Bibwewadi. We like the neighborhood. It’s busy but it feels real. We just want to make stuff that people can actually use in their homes without it falling apart after a month. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy.
