Ntharch Private Limited

Ntharch Private Limited is tucked away in Kothrud, which anyone from Pune knows is a pretty busy place to be. Specifically, we are over in Aboli Park at Flat No F/8. It’s an old-school residential building vibe, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold office. Being near the SBI Colony means there’s always people moving about and plenty of traffic nearby. We spend our days tucked into this flat, working on designs and architectural ideas. The space is filled with old folders and some computer monitors that probably need a good dusting. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing with polished floors and minimalist furniture. Our desks are usually a mess of blueprints and half-finished notes. Getting to work involves navigating the Kothrud lanes, which can be a headache during peak hours, but we’ve grown to like the neighborhood. We started Ntharch because we wanted to do things our own way without a boss breathing down our necks. Most of our day is spent debating over small details of a drawing or answering the phone. It’s a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from making tea to finishing a project report. It isn’t glamorous, but it is real work. We’ve been at Sno 116/2/A for a while now and don't see ourselves moving anywhere else anytime soon.
