Novasant Consultants Llp is located in Balewadi, Pune. We are in Building H, Flat 204 of the Park Express complex. Balewadi has grown a lot lately, so there is always construction or something happening nearby, but Park Express is a decent place to be based. We are just a small group of consultants who decided to set up shop here a few years ago. The office is basically just a flat that we converted so we could have a place to work together. It’s not very big, but it’s got enough room for our desks and a small area to sit and chat. We spend our days going through different projects and trying to make sense of things for the people we work with. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock, one of us will just come to the door. We keep things pretty informal because it just seems easier to get things done that way. No corporate speeches or polished presentations here, just honest talk about what needs to happen next. We like being in Pune and especially in Balewadi since it's close to a lot of other tech and business areas. Most days we are just busy with the usual routine of emails and calls. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up just like it does for everyone else.
