Nova Design & Drafting Co. is based at 363 Bhawani Peth in Pune. Our specific spot is B7 in the Murtazvi Colony. Bhawani Peth is one of those older parts of the city where the streets can be a bit narrow and things always feel alive. There is a lot of history in these lanes. We do a lot of technical drafting here, which involves sitting at the boards or computers for hours. The office is tucked away in the colony, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, which we appreciate. We have our drafting tables and all the usual tools scattered around the room. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it has everything we need to get the job done properly. People who live in Murtazvi Colony know us, and we’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. We handle the drafting work as it comes in, sometimes it’s a lot and sometimes it’s a bit slower. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing or advertisements because our work usually speaks for itself among the people who know us. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t try to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just focus on the lines and the measurements and making sure everything is where it should be on the page. Usually, we wrap things up by early evening before the traffic in the Peth gets too crazy.
