You can find Nitin Kelkar & Associates over in Sadashiv Peth, which is a part of Pune we know very well. We are located at Survey No 1007, specifically in Flat No 402 on the 4th floor of Janaki Corner. It’s right near the Perugate Police Station, so that makes it easier to explain the directions to people. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a quiet space away from the street noise below. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s a typical office setup where we handle various associate works and technical things. Sadashiv Peth has that old Pune feel, and we fit right in with the other local businesses around here. We don’t really go for a lot of flash or big advertisements. Most people just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else in the Peth. We spend our days at our desks, working through paperwork and whatever projects are currently on the table. It’s a small, functional office. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with the workload. If you’re coming from the police station side, Janaki Corner is just a short walk away. It’s a steady kind of life here, just doing our jobs and being part of the local community. We like the familiarity of this building and the people who come in and out to visit us.
