Nihar Plastic Industries Pvt Ltd is located right at 371/B Sadashiv Peth in Janata Nagar, which is part of the New Khadki area. If you know this part of Pune, you know it gets quite busy during the day. We spend most of our time here dealing with different plastic materials and getting things ready for customers. It is a practical sort of place, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside or inside. We have our machines and our stock and the staff just gets on with it. There is always a bit of dust and the sound of the equipment running in the background while we work. The neighborhood is full of small businesses like ours. Sometimes finding parking near Janata Nagar is a bit of a headache, especially in the afternoons. We have been here long enough that we know most of the people on the street. It is just a regular factory job for most of us, making sure the orders are filled and the quality is okay before anything leaves the building. We don’t spend much time on office decorations or big meetings. It is more about the hands-on work in New Khadki. People stop by to check on their orders and we usually have a lot of stuff moving in and out on trucks.
