New Patna Roadlines

Our office, New Patna Roadlines, is located in the Sagar Complex, Tower B, on the 2nd floor, Office No 5/6. We are right on the Mumbai Pune Road in Kasarwadi, which is a very busy stretch of road as you can imagine. It’s a good spot for us because we see all the traffic going between the two cities. The 21st Main and 35th A Cross area is always buzzing with activity. We’ve been operating from this building for several years now. It’s a bit of a climb to the second floor, but we have a good view of the road from up here. We spend our days tracking where the trucks are and making sure the paperwork for the cargo is in order. It’s mostly transport work, taking things from one end of the state to the other. Sometimes the Mumbai Pune Road gets completely blocked up, and that throws our whole schedule off. We just have to deal with it and tell the customers the truth about the delay. The office isn't anything special—just desks, some old computers, and a lot of files. We have a small team of people who have been working together for a long time. We know the routes well and we know which drivers we can count on for the tough jobs. It’s just a regular business trying to stay busy and keep the wheels turning on the road and getting the work done.
